Sala Montjuic
In the summer between 30th June and 1st August, there
will be screenings of movies on large screens next
to Castell
Montjuic on the lawn. Sala Montjuic will screen
the movies on every mondays, wednesdays and fridays
at 8.30 p.m. Movies screened ranged from popular hollyhood
blockblasters to well renowned international films
that have won plenty of acclamation. Movies that are
not in spanish will have spanish subtitles.
Ticket prices are at 4 Euros and tickets are sold
at the side of Castell Montjuic on the day of screening
from 8.30 p.m. onwards. They are also avaliable online
at Servicaixa.com. There will be 2500 limited tickets
daily.
On the day of screenings, there will be a special
bus service avaliable from Placa
Espanya to Castell Montjuic. Alternatively, Castell
de Montjuic can be reached via the funicular railway
from Parallel metro station. Other ways include the
Teleferico
Montjuic.
